Refund policy
- First payment: if Premium isn't for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and you'll get a full refund.
- Renewals: cancel before the renewal date and you won't be charged again. A renewal already charged can be refunded within 48 hours of the charge if you haven't used Premium since.
- Cancelling: any time, from your account. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
To ask for a refund, email contact@tradedrill.site from your account's address. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, usually within 5–10 working days.
